Hove Airport Cars — Our commitment to accessibility and passenger support.

At Hove Airport Cars, we strive to accommodate all our passengers' needs to ensure a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey to and from the airports.

Mobility Disabilities

Customers with mobility issues can be catered for, as long as they can access the vehicle by transferring from wheelchairs, into the passenger seat themselves.

Our drivers are prepared to aid passengers with walking difficulties, into the Airport Terminal, to check in area and also to assist with luggage if needed.

This is especially advantageous at Heathrow, where assistance at the drop off point can be non-existent.
The driver can also drop passengers at the Special Disability Assistance point outside the terminal at Gatwick Airport.

Visually Impaired Customers

Guide dogs, with their owners, can be carried as long as the safety of the dog is not compromised. The safest place for a dog to travel would be in the footwell of one of the seats. Definitely not in the boot area with luggage. Therefore, a risk assessment needs to be made.

We would carry no more than 2 passengers + guide dog, in an average estate car.

Hearing Impaired Customers

Bookings can be made by SMS talking text message, WhatsApp or email.

We send replies by text/email and one with drivers contact details the day before.
